We have been creating our shooting schedule, which revolves around when we want what and who in what location at what time. This will help us to organise our shoot more and make sure that we have everything we need.

We had to bear in mind that we probably won't be shooting before 9:30, as we have to prepare everything for the shoot, this includes hair and make-up for the dancers. I suppose the musicians will have to come prepared.

We have allocated times for when we switch over to the other set, which is around the time the next group has to come into the studio, which is 3 p.m. We added in a lunch break in which people in a music video can take a breather. One thing we do have to consider still, is the November assessment which may affect our shooting times.

We allocated Mike, our mad scientist, to after 3 p.m, as this would mean that he doesn't have to find a substitute for his classes and will only be needed in activities and Enigma. This makes it easier for him, as well.
