Finalising Mad Scientist

We have had a few issues regarding the mad scientist we want to have in our video, as the people we kept trying to get to be in our video were unavailable. James Hartman, who was our primary choice, replied to our eMail saying that he wouldn't be available on November 8th, and therefore we decided we would like to cast Mike Timson instead. We sent them one last email to confirm that what they had said is correct.

Here is the eMail we received back from James Hartman to confirm that he is unavailable for our shoot.

We then sent an eMail back to Mike Timson to make sure that he is ready.

We also told him what kind of costume we wanted him to bring and what we would provide for him.
